Is your packaging eco-friendly?

 

SheaGoldCo skincare commits every day to offering products that respect the environment and nature. We have chosen recyclable products for our packaging, and encourage recycling, reusing, rather than disposing conventionally.

 

Where are your products made?

 

Our products are entirely made in house at our East Coast lab by our small team of experienced cosmetic chemists and an herbalist, and never outsourced to anyone else. Our ingredients and cosmetic innovations come from all over the world, including Chile, Monaco, France, Italy, Korea, Ghana, India, Albania...Every part of the product represents an excellence of quality and devotion to choosing authentic, premium ingredients. Many ingredients are from Sustainable farms, Certified Cosmos, Ecocert, and Certified Organic, by both European and American standards.

 

Is this right skincare for my skin type?

 

SheaGoldCo skincare are hypo allergenic and formulated to be non comedogenic. Although relatively more potent than a majority of similar products, they’re formulated to be non- irritating and suitable for all skin types. However, should irritation occur it is advised to discontinue use and contact us soon after.

 

Where is the Gold from?

 

The gold we use is E-175 European certified gold leaf, 24k (99% purity), and produced in the USA, manufactured at an FDA registered facility.

 

Do you use preservatives? What is the shelf life?

 

We proudly do not use conventional or chemical preservatives. Our products are high in natural antioxidants and natural preservatives, and we have seen no degradation in quality or performance even after over 2 years, opened and left in unfavorable conditions. We produce in small batches, ensuring freshness, and recommend storing in a cool and dry place, and using within 12-18 months from purchase.
